As sisters of Sigma Phi Omega, we are proud to celebrate our diversity and ability to unify under our philanthropy, "domestic violence awareness". As Sigmas, we provide a platform for like minded women to create experiences serving our community and to build social relationships that will stay with us forever.

Our official National Philanthropy is domestic violence awareness. Each semester, members of each chapter actively participate in activities to bring domestic violence awareness and prevention to their individual campus and communities. Every October, our organization hosts a week of anti-domestic violence activities called S.A.F.E. Week (Stop Abuse For Everyone). It is held in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We have also hosted two consecutive Purple Dash 5K Events.
Our chapter is involved in many philanthropic activities throughout the year, including, but not limited to:
♥ - Relay for Life-5K hosted by American Cancer Society
♥ - Glow-5K
♥ - Take Back The Night hosted by Women's Resource Center
♥ - College Bound- after school program for young kids
♥ - The Big Event
